Purple Passion Flower | Passiflora ‘Purple Haze’
- Showy, extravagant white and purple passion flowers (measuring up to 10cm across) appear in the summer
- This vigorous climber features saucer shaped flowers with lilac tinged white petals and lavender coronal filaments that have a thin band of white before darkening to a deep amethyst at their centre – striking doesn’t even begin to cover it!
- Features semi evergreen, shiny, lobed, forest green foliage which helps add interest throughout the year
- The appearance of orange berries later in the year provides fabulous autumnal colour (the fruits are ornamental)
- Train ‘Purple Haze’ as a feature plant up a sunny, sheltered wall, or grow in a pot on the patio
- Please Note: Our climbers are pruned back each winter, and some during the summer, so you may find at certain times of year they do not cover the whole 90cm cane. This is intentional to ensure the best growth when you plant out
