Prunus lusitanica ‘Angustifolia’

- A neater variety of Portugal Laurel, this delightful shrub bears long, narrow green leaves on red-purple stems. In June, the plant is covered in small white flowers, which are followed by small red fruits
- Makes a highly attractive hedge which only needs pruning once a year if at all
- Grows to 5m tall and 4m wide – plant 75cm apart if used as a hedge
- Hardy and easy maintenance, this plant is happy in any soil and particularly likes chalk
