‘Pentland Javelin’ First Early Seed Potatoes
- Probably the best first early variety, Pentland Javelin’s tasty, waxy potatoes are exceptionally easy to grow
- First earlies are best planted in March and harvested from June to July. They grow rapidly, take up less space and are harvested when they are about the size of an egg
- Grow in open ground, traditional potato sacks or pots at least 45cm wide and deep (two plants per pot)
