‘Malling Jewel’ Raspberry Plants
- The taste of a ripe raspberry fresh from the plant is seriously hard to beat, and ‘Malling Jewel’ raspberries are some of the finest-flavoured around!
- There’s nothing worse than looking forward to your bumper raspberry harvest only to find you’ve missed the boat and you’re left with a mushy mess. With ‘Malling Jewel’, however, there’s much less chance of that happening as the fruits of this summer-fruiting (floricane) variety retain their firmness on the bush for up to a week after ripening.
- Eat your raspberries fresh, use them in jams and compotes, or bake them into crumbles, cakes and pies. Don’t worry if you’ve got a surplus, you can always freeze the extras.
